• With a form chosen as a filter, reports can also be filtered by the answers to its choice and checkbox fields, on the web and in the apps. "Not specified" shows the reports in which a choice field was left empty, e.g. the ones not yet reviewed

• Barcode fields can take several barcodes ("Multiple barcodes" in the field settings): scan or type them, remove single ones. Clicking a barcode in a report searches all reports with it

• User settings: "Sign out on all other devices" ends the sign-in in every other browser and app, e.g. when a phone got lost; changing the password does the same

• Edited reports are marked "edited" and have a change history: who changed them and when, earlier versions can be viewed
• In the PDF, the change history follows on a separate page at the end

• Time zone can be set per account
• English (US) as language & region: US date formats, 12-hour clock, weeks starting on Sunday, Letter-size PDFs
• Workers can be restricted to projects and forms, e.g. for subcontractors: they only see the related reports and only create new ones there
• New role "Viewer": sees reports but neither creates nor edits any, e.g. for customers following their project

• Multiline text fields in reports: one click on the AI button fixes spelling and clunky wording, another click undoes it
